Beautiful Hostel full off friendly and helpful staff. Delisous breakfast and dinner made in house. Clean and fully functioning bathrooms. I stayed here at the begining off my trip and on my trip home my Flight got delayed for 12 hours! They let me come back and store my bag and charge my phone with no problem. So supportive! High Recommend this great hostel
Racist staff and owners, I will never visit this place ever again! They refused to serve a black person in the restaurant. The staff and the owner did not seem to care. They told him he could eat somewhere else and refused to serve him. I saw it with my own eyes! Do not stay here! This is not a good place. Racist people, racist staff and racist owners.
Staff and activities are what make this place. It is a great hostel to meet people and the location is also good...the old part of bogota is definitely the most interesting place to be!
I can't speak on the racism, but I myself had a great time. Stayed there two nights, met great people, breakfast was well cooked, and the hostel is so clean. It's located in a great part of town and the tours are plentiful.
Christian checked us in; very experienced and helpful. Cranky Croc is super clean and spacious; we had a double bed private room. The hostel has heaps of natural light and plants around, facilities are very new and clean, staff are very friendly! Hostel has a pet dog and cat!
