  • This is a great place to see native species to Idaho. There is an information center here with lots of great information. I went in the fall so I didn't get to see the blossoms of Spring, but I will be going again. Also there's a huge Sturgeon in the ponds.

  • Great place. When I have free time I just ride my bike to it and stare at the trouts and giant sturgeons. I literally sit for hours and watch all sorts of song birds fight over the bird feeders. Very peaceful

  • Great place for the price (free). Has many native to Idaho fish and plants. Nice explanation boards. Pond with three stergen fish. Kids really enjoy the walk and nature in the middle of Boise. Small quaint and enjoyable.

  • I haven't been here in years. There weren't many species of fish this time around and I could barely see the larger fish under the walkway bridge. I love taking the Littles through. It's a nice walk and it teaches them things about animals, food and habitats.

  • This is a very nice little nature center, I enjoyed getting to walk around and learn more while spending time in the trees and watching the wildlife. I was expecting the nature center to be a bit bigger, but it was enjoyable regardless. I definitely spent the most time near the pond with all of the sturgeon.
