Veterans Memorial Park Reviews & Ratings
Beautiful place! Great monuments. Looks like a good bike and running trail as well.
Huge park. I love the mix of manicured lawns and natural environment. The playground is great for the kids. The trail to the greenbelt is finally open and I love it!
Great Park, Have been there so many times over the years. 1st weekend in June is the once a year Rattlesnake Avoidance Clinic put on by the Snake River Bird Dog Club. They have been doing for for 24 years running. Awesome non-profit that helps out the community and supports Idaho Fish and Game.
I walk here often with my two dogs. It’s a great spot to park the car and walk via the green belt to Quinn’s Pond (Whitewater Park) :)
Large playground with sets for toddlers to twelve year olds. The surrounding trees provide for good shade for most/all of the playsets (dependant on time of day)! There are plenty of picnic tables and wide open grassy spaces for whatever activity you desire! There is also plenty of parking lot space available that is close to the playground, picnic tables, grassy areas, greenbelt, etc. We will definitely be back!
