  • They don’t care about customer feedback. Everytime I come here the reception staff are rude and obnoxious - there’s a really snobboery that’s based on nothing. I asked to fill out a feedback form or speak to a manger about my experiences but apparently they “don’t do that here” and they “don’t take feedback”. Every business should care about the customer experience ... but I think they’re beyond it at Icebergs. The showers reek of urine. They barely bother to maintain or renovate during quieter seasons. The sauna absolutely stink. There are hundreds better pools in Sydney. I’d give it a miss

  • Beautiful view of the beach while having a wine at dusk. Good spot for a swim but the public toilets nearby could use some attention.

  • Pros - a beautiful pool which is ideal for doing serious laps or even a few gentle ones, great view of Bondi Beach, and a good cafe for brunch or lunch. Cons - the crowds (especially at the weekend), the sauna is badly in need of work, and the change rooms aren’t clean.

  • One of the best swims of my life. I had always wanted to swim at this pool give the incredible location right at Bondi. As and American, I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of getting in and being welcomed. It was a breeze to swim and I felt like a real local. The cashier just said something like "here just for a swim" and quoted a modest ticket fee. Most of the pool was being used for a swim club but there was plenty of space for free lap swim in inner side lanes. The water was chilly but I managed to swim for about 25 minutes. Heck, I was at Bondi Icebergs pool! Super cool spot and I am planning to get there again soon.

  • I was incredibly excited to visit here, having seen pictures of the Bondi Iceberg Club pool from many Instagram shots in Sydney. Get this: the club is predominately a winter swimming club and to remain a member, an Iceberg as they call it, you have to swim at least 3 Sundays during the winter months. The defining feature of the the place is the Bondi Baths which luckily is open to the public. It’s really amazing to see an Olympic size pool overlooking the beautiful ocean views. I actually brought my swim gear along but alas, too cold. Too cold. No membership for me I guess.
