The ‘Old’ St John & St James Church was constructed in the year 1910 in order to serve the expanding needs of parish. For over 100 years, St John and St James Church has served to the constantly changing needs of the community. In the year 2010, the Old Church buildings were demolished to offer a much-required community facility which was to serve the needs of the entire community. Since then the Church has been without any buildings and worship in the Springwell Park Primary School and conduct other activities in various venues within the community.
