Matira Beach - Review
Stretching for a mile, this beach of white sand lies at the southern tip of Bora Bora Islands. One of the very few public access beaches of the island, it is a very popular choice among tourists. Crystal clear waters, soft and velvety sand and laid-back atmosphere make it perfect place to rejuvenate.
The beach is dotted with resorts, shops and eateries facilitating a perfect day-out at the beach.

Matira Beach, Bora Bora Reviews
I really liked that this restaurant was next to the beach, so when you have dinner outside you can have a beautiful view! The food was delicious-full of flavor. A good place to go to for a relaxing dinner, as things are not served super quick. Once you're done eating, you go up to the counter at the bar to pay. The check doesn't come to the table like most restaurants.
Very nice place for dinner. We had red Tuna, absolute amazing. Also the desserts very delicious. Better to make a reservation. Highly recommanded.
Food was amazing, but the highlight was the dessert... absolutely decadent
$24 for a tiny salad with 5 small pieces of fish was way over priced. Good profiterolies
The proprietors of this sweet little spot on the beach are just lovely. We've been in Bora Bora for a few days now and this was one of the most enjoyable places. Not only is this the only place on the island that you can get sushi (mega-resorts excluded), but they have a little play room for little ones and a gorgeous beach out front. We literally spent hours here and had a wonderful time!
