Borghetto Santo Spirito is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Savona in the Italian region Liguria, located about 70 kilometres (43 mi) southwest of Genoa and about 30 kilometres (19 mi) southwest of Savona. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 5,316 and an area of 5.3 square kilometres (2.0 sq mi).
