Atlantic Fish Company, Boston Reviews
Fantastic restaurant and so glad we chose this restaurant during our stay in Boston. Our server was fantastic, the bread was so fresh and warm and good. The clam chowder so creamy and flavorful. Ordered oysters, halibut, and scallops. All came perfectly cooked and in a timely fashion. Expected a more upscale atmosphere as I was emailed a dress code when I made reservations, but I was there for the food, not to stare at other patrons jorts and dirty T-shirts so I will let that slide. I will definitely be back the next time I travel to Boston.
Great experience. Definitely recommend making a reservation, but if you don’t get one then stop in, put your name in, and wait at the bar. Drinks are great! We were then seated sooner than expected. Our service was great and the food was fantastic. Would recommend speaking with the sommelier if you have any questions about the wine because she chose a perfect wine for our dinner. Highly recommend!
One of the best restaurants in Boston! Every dish we had was amazing. I got the 2 lb. Lobster and they pull all the meat out for free. The quality is top notch and you have to try the peppermint pie, you won't regret it.
Great, fresh seafood. My husband & I both had pan-seared halibut and it was delicious! The staff was a little impatient at the end of the night & most menu items were either "not available" "frozen" or "sold old" within an hour before close. Priced in the more intermediate side the venue is nice & perfect for a date night! The bathroom being in the basement was a sore note for me but I don't think it is a deal breaker for most.
Outstanding. Absolutely outstanding. We were a party of 8 and this place didn't flinch. Our waiter was incredible. Attentive without being overwhelming and knew the menu inside and out. We started out with some apps, such as oysters (yup, they have a raw bar), and muscles. Both were on point. The oyster selection was fantastic and fresh. All of our meals were outstanding and not overdone in terms of portion sizes. I can't stand restaurants that just try to stuff you with mediocre food. I want great food along with portion sizes that are normal for a human being. Atlantic Fish delivered all of that. I ordered the sea bass with lobster ravioli and it was absolutely delicious. The sea bass was cooked perfectly and the ravioli were a great complement. We all left full, but not busting, and very happy with our meals. This will be a stop when we are in Boston.
