  • After reading some of the reviews I was a little tentative to use our passes but day 1 of our 2 day pass great. We stayed on the whole route with Matt O'Connor who was very informative and funny to be able to get an idea of where we wanted to stop and explore. He gave us the information needed to be able to catch a bus after we had hopped off to start our exploring. Catching the next City View bus was easy by the TD Center even though it was super busy and construction, but Matt's suggestions made it easy. The next driver went a slightly different route and gave us more information on Boston and some good advise on where to eat lunch - it was a good meal. Looking forward to Day 2 as we will do more exploring.

  • We bought a deal for two at Groupon which I thought was great. It says unlimited hops on and off throughout the day. I was with my husband and my 4 year old daughter for our first time visit to Boston. We completed the tour without getting off the bus then once we got off at the last stop, we decided to hop on again so we can get off the next station to explore the North End. The guy checking the tickets didn't let us hop on again, he said that once we got back to base that was it for the day! I tried to explain but he won't even listen. This is such a scam! I wasted my money on this thinking we could do unlimited hops on and off. We ended our day trip pretty quickly because my 4 year old got very tired from walking! Had I known that we couldn't get unlimited rides on the trolley we could have brought a stroller. Stay away from this company!

  • My experience with the sales agent at the kiosk was pretty terrible. They were not friendly and were in such a rush to get us out of the way, but they weren't even busy and we were their only customer in line at the time. The tour itself was nice. Christian was our guide. He was informative and was very helpful in answering questions and giving directions once you hopped off the trolley. Like other reviewers have mentioned, the stops are not marked at all, so be wary of that. However our drivers were all very patient and aware of this. They will wait for you if you're waiting on the wrong side of the street. Just be attentive and flag them down when you see the trolley coming.

  • Love this trolley ride. Takes you to almost all the major tourist areas and sightseeing places in Boston. It starts and ends at the harbour, and goes all the way up to TD Gardens (Gahdens), the USS Constitution, Boston Commons, little Italy and many other attactions. Great way to get around especially for first timers who don't know the lay of the land.

  • This was a good way to see the City. The ticket is good for two days and we went on July 4. 1. It's not a large bus, and the leg room is cramped. 2. You are welcome to eat/drink on the bus. 3. There is a tip basket up by the driver, who thanked everyone who donated. 4. I was on two separate buses - both drivers were very knowledgeable and very respectful and courteous. One was also making jokes as we went. 5. We had no problems getting off and then reboarding later and there were no delays the bus always came within minutes. Many people on our tours sat through it a couple of times because it's also an enjoyable experience. This is included on the Go Boston Card and I would recommend it.
