  • Nice trolley ride. We enjoyed it very much. Went to places we wouldn't have seen if not for the trolley ride. Our tour guide was great,, very informative. The driver was very friendly. Greeted everyone getting on or off. -Thank y'all.

  • Just did the trolley tour today, 10 AUG 2017. This is a must if you are not from the area. The girl that sold us the tickets was very polite and informative. I cannot remember the name of the bald guy with a beard, but the driver and he were awesome. They were funny, knowledgeable, and very courteous. The company is also military friendly which goes a long way with me!

  • After reading the reviews I think I'll save my money and skip the trolley ride. The majority of the reviews make this trolley ride seem like a miserable experience. I don't want anything ruining my trip to Salem. UPDATE: I made it back from Salem. I walked the entire day I was there. The trolley is good for the elderly or a group of tired kids. Go to YELP for better reviews and photos. It's easier to upload multiple photos there

  • We purchased out tickets at the office, the employee was great and very helpful. Our trolley tour guide was very entertaining. We were able to get on and off at multiple stops. Great way to see all of Salem. Highly recommended.

  • Super Rude! Don’t do it! Save your money and time! Terrible customer service. Better off walking or biking. Waited over 40 minutes for a trolley before just walking all the way back to the visitor center where we were met with an indifferent and dismissive member of the staff.
