Samuel Adams Brewery Reviews & Ratings
Wonderful, very organized, friendly and helpful staff. I particularly like the tour we went to. The beer they serve has three different variety, the staff who gave the tour (Preston is the name if I remember correctly) is so much fun. We get free beer glasses too for each person. Three rounds of beer and for someone who don't drink beer, there's root beer soda! The gift shop is very nice, tidy and offers lots of souvenirs from your visit here. Overall, very nice experience for me.
I've been to Boston many times to visit, but never seemed to make it to the brewery until this trip. Driving through to this area is... interesting. It's not the best part of town. If you can make it through the drive, the tour is definitely worth it. It is FREE and you get to taste beer too. My favorite part was being able to taste test a beer that is only made there before it makes it to the next step potentially being bottled and sold elsewhere. I'm hoping to see that one at a store near me soon!
WE HAD THE BEST TIME EVER! Our friends were visiting from Florida and we had heard that the tours were free so we decided to come on a Saturday to check it out. The tours are indeed free and happen in time increments during the day! The pitcher beer sampling at the end of the tour is also free and amazing. The guides were super funny and made us laugh very hard. There is a gift shop at the end where we can buy beer and S.A. souvenirs. Also the taproom next to the gift shop is super cool to hang out and drink some beers and try all different flavors. It is awesome that Sam Adam's takes donations for charities and even does things like this. Great experience, I highly recommend!
This is a really cool place to visit and enjoy some experimental/new beers from Samuel Adams. Our guide was very informative, funny, and kept the tour rolling and really fun. I would say there was approximately 30 people in our tour. Eventually you end up in the tasting room and get to sample some great beers. You also get to keep your Samuel Adams tasting glass, which was a really nice touch! Gift shop has some great apparel / accessories in it as well.
The tour here was a lot of fun and we got to taste three different types of beer throughout the tour. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and fun to interact with. Definitely a place worth checking out!
