Boulder Beer Company can be rightly said as the fruit of labor of two University professors who started this now famed company as a small brew center in a farm northeast of Boulder. The place was established in 1979 as state’s First Craft Brewery following the passion of David Hummer and Randolf Ware. Situated near the city’s center, the brewery is a popular destination among folks and visitors who wish to know more about this sector. Along with providing educational tours, it is also known to serve food to its visitors. Delve into those delectable eateries while sitting on the outside patio and overlooking the beautiful view of Flatirons. If you are visiting in summers, you might also get a chance to enjoy the live music performances hosted in the brewery every year.

Boulder Beer Company Reviews & Ratings
Had the spaceman IPA... awesome! Dog friendly patio with lots of shade. Good was good. Server super friendly. We were in Boulder for a game
First time there. We were told to find a seat and we picked a high top table. Molly the waitress came over right away and was very knowledgeable about the beer and menu. My wife had the smoked brisket sandwich and because of the reviews I had the grilled cheese with pulled pork and brisket . Would have them again they were that good.
Great patio and beer. They have a good selection of pub food and a rotating beer list. Definitely recommended!
Used to be great, especially loved cold hop. Now the beer seems to have gone down hill and the bartender (big guy behind the bar with a headband) was a real jerk to several people nearby and was short and unfriendly with us. Ruined my fond memories of the place.
Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. There beer is all on point. I got a Reuben sandwich and it was incredible. My favorite part is they have paper straws. It was great to walk into a business that cares about the planet. I come from Indiana and all though we are the largest producer of paper straws it can be difficult to find this planet saving products. Everything about this business from the excellent service from Terrin to the amazing food they are making. I highly recommend if you are a beer enthusiast to make a stop at this excellent brewery.
