Fairfield Inn & Suites Toronto - Brampton, Brampton Reviews
Decent location about 30 minutes from downtown. Plenty of dining options within a 5-10 minute drive. Staff was friendly and helpful with our few interactions. Room was clean. Hotel itself was in good condition with a few minor signs of wear. Bedding was decent and comfortable. Shower pressure was strong. Eggs at the breakfast were decent and better than most that aren't made by me. Waffles available to make yourself as well. Could use another machine. If you want waffles, you may have to wait a while to make them. Overall, a positive experience.
Got a 1 bedroom king size suite with whirlpool tub. Tub was an amazing relaxing experience, perfect for couples. Staff were friendly and courteous. Chips and beer slightly over priced. Wish they had more variety in terms of drink (i.e. wine, vodka) Amazing breakfast as well. Rating 4/5. Would book for next event as well.
Very nice and cleanly hotel. Complimentary breakfast was above average. Room was nice as I expected. Decent water pressure in the shower. The weirdest thing about my stay was that a fire alarm woke me up at 5 am and my family had to evacuate outside of the building amongst others. We waited for roughly 30 minutes with no announcements from management as to whether there was actually any threat or not. The alarm simply was turned off by the fire department and we proceeded to head back in and go back to sleep. Weird story aside, I enjoyed my stay and would come back here again.
Arrived on August 29th, needed a one night stay while my rig was getting fixed. Booked a room, was about $40 more expensive than I was told. Told them I was here for one night because my truck broke down and just needed a good night sleep as I was to start driving to Vancouver the next day. They gave me a room on a floor that was booked with a wedding party. People who have no respect for the fact that other people are staying there as well. They had their door latch over and kept going in and out of their room all night long with the door banging against the latch. Now I can understand a wedding is an exciting thing. When management was told about this, there response astounded me. It was a simple “oh...... sorry”. That was it. Nothing more. No OFFER to compensate, no NOTHING. Was very disappointed in this. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. Quite enjoyable. Pool and hot tub were nice, slide was closed. Rooms were very clean. Freezer didn’t exist as it was full of ice and needed to be defrosted, but I didn’t really use the fridge. Over all, due to the “customer service” aspect, I have to give it just 2 starts. Not very impressed. :(
Rooms were fine. Breakfast was good. Stayed with my wife and our children. After a long day we all looked forward to enjoying the pool. It was gross. Felt like you might get sick if you swam. Clump of hair on the deck. Big clump of hair in the pool. Oily surface to the water. The pool bottom was permanently stained which made the water look greenish. And there was dirt floating on the surface of the water. The front desk did compensate us for our disappointment but still pretty bad. No complaints otherwise
