Fairfield Inn & Suites Toronto - Brampton, Brampton Reviews
Decent location about 30 minutes from downtown. Plenty of dining options within a 5-10 minute drive. Staff was friendly and helpful with our few interactions. Room was clean. Hotel itself was in good condition with a few minor signs of wear. Bedding was decent and comfortable. Shower pressure was strong. Eggs at the breakfast were decent and better than most that aren't made by me. Waffles available to make yourself as well. Could use another machine. If you want waffles, you may have to wait a while to make them. Overall, a positive experience.
Very nice and cleanly hotel. Complimentary breakfast was above average. Room was nice as I expected. Decent water pressure in the shower. The weirdest thing about my stay was that a fire alarm woke me up at 5 am and my family had to evacuate outside of the building amongst others. We waited for roughly 30 minutes with no announcements from management as to whether there was actually any threat or not. The alarm simply was turned off by the fire department and we proceeded to head back in and go back to sleep. Weird story aside, I enjoyed my stay and would come back here again.
Location was kind of in the middle of nowhere, but accessing the area wasn't hard so it really wasn't an issue. Room 214 didn't have a great view, but it's Brampton so I wasn't really expecting a nice view anyways. The room was clean when we showed up and the staff was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. My only issue was that when I used the app to place a request for some towels and beddings, the towels and bedding never showed up. Wasn't a deal breaker, but I was disappointed that I couldn't experience the value of the app. Overall, great stay!
My usual place to stay when working in the Toronto area. Set back where a lot of industrial buildings are is a plus for quieter surroundings. Definitely a “2 star hotel”. However the staff here is amazing. They make the stay always worth it. Usually I stay in a larger room but the prices this week were higher than the price of my larger room at another hotel near Richmond Hills over the weekend. This is a typical Fairfield but so much closer to everything than the Courtyard I stayed at my first time in Country a year ago. Breakfast here is usually done quite well. Just be sure to get to it closer to its start as more people eat the breakfast here than at most hotels I stay in and the staff does their best to keep up.
Recommend staying here if u vising Toronto. It's pretty close to airport and has local shuttle service up to 8km. Friendly staff, clean hotel. Good breakfast. Recommend exhaust fans for their bathrooms. They call it a central exhaust system but it didn't appear to work at all. Otherwise, everything was great!
