  • We really liked it but above our shower was a steady stream of water anytime the room above us took a shower. I told the front desk clerk and she called maintenance. They never came. I went back the next morning to let them know again. We had to take a bath in the Jacuzzi tub (which was so weird). The lady at the front desk actually laughed and said, "well at least you have a funny story to tell!" If it wasn't for that I would rate it much higher.

  • Check in process was very simple front desk (Heather) i think her name was is excellent at her job. The water park is great. The room is beautiful defiantly will stay here again😍

  • Horrible!!!! We stopped by at 11am to confirm our reservation. They wouldn’t allow us to check in until 4pm or after. We went to Silver Dollar City. We called at 6pm just to confirm the reservation again. They confirmed! We get to the hotel at 9:00pm and they gave our room away and told us they were overbooked and had no rooms. Branson was booked, so we are now driving 3 hours home tonight. Do NOT trust their reservations! Horrible service! I’m furious! The manager wouldn’t even come to the desk to talk to us and there were 2 other guests at the desk with the same issue. Don’t stay here!

  • Price was a bit steep for the amenities provided, few more dollars and you could extend your dollar at Grand Country Inn waterpark. Staff was amazing though. We had a great time nonetheless. Check in time is a bit late, 3pm but no guarantee until 4pm. Then checkout at 11am.

  • The bed sheets had stains, the floor had a unknown red stain, the comforter had holes that looked like a rat had chewed it. If you stay here bring soap with you, I’m not sure but the soap bar smelled like candy and made you feel like sticky. Over all will not be staying here again, not worth the price!
