Hilton Promenade At Branson Landing Reviews & Ratings

  • The entire experience was amazing. We had a room on the 5th floor overlooking the fountains on a cute little balcony. The staff were so friendly & kind. The room was large, the bed was so soft and it was tastefully decorated unlike most hotels. Easy walking distance to everything. The Landings is of coarse delightful to shop at.

  • Fantastic customer service, views, and decor. Steak dinner was tasty, location can’t be beat. Only reason for 3 stars is the bed was truly terrible, like a hammock and lower by head board than the feet, woke up with a sore hip. We didn’t bother the staff about it, since it was a short visit, but the bed would be unusable for a longer visit.

  • Hotel staff were extremely nice but the hotel needs updating. Carpet does not lay flat and can cause a tripping hazard. Great location to shops and easy access to the parking garage next door for free with your stay.

  • Hotel was really nice, per usual for a Hilton. The only real drawback was the noise level in the rooms. We had a double door entry to our room and we could still hear everyone in the hallway. We woke up throughout the night to insanely loud trains on the tracks across the street and by the police pulling up outside the building (presumably issues at the bars on the landing). Hot water was in short supply in the morning. Otherwise, typical Hilton property - comfortable bed and pillows, coffee maker & fridge in room.

  • My first night of sleeping on the fold out couch bed isn't going so well. There is no bedding anywhere in the room for it. I've called the front desk twice already asking for a blanket and a pillow. I waited about an hour between calls, and the first call was more than two hours ago. Each time, the guy said he'd have someone bring me some bedding right away, but so far nothing. If anyone with an extra blanket and pillow is reading this, can I borrow it in room 405 of the South Tower? This has only been my first day here. So far I haven't seen any blanket stores. Hilton needs to advertise the need for guests to bring their own bedding.
