In 1976, Glenn and Shirley Eshelman kicked off this Christian Theatre franchise, and its success is unusual, inspiring and extremely deserved. With 2000-seats, a massive 300-foot wrap-around, terrific actors, incredible and elaborate and grand productions that soar over the entire stage (and sometime incorporate live animals), authentic costumes, audience participation, terrific acoustics, haunting songs, and scintillating lights, the Theatre is one of the most popular in all of America.

As for what it showcases? Stories right out of the Bible themselves, brought to life with as much energetic, enigmatic and euphoric performances as can be imagined. As of this writing, they presenting the spectacular stories of Jonah, Moses, Joseph, and the Miracle of Christmas. They never, ever fail to impress.

  • Love, love, LOVED Moses. This was a family trip and we were NOT disappointed. Our kids range in age from 11 to 1 and it was a great experience for all of them. They have a quiet room upstairs in case little ones get fussy where you can still see and hear the performance. The live animals and acting was AMAZING! We cannot wait to go back for the next show

  • Amazing experience! Don't miss this attraction. The wrap around stage is cool. The live animals were so cool. The sets were really well put together. This was a place to get great Bible stories.

  • Well first off fantastic parking and exit time post show. Nice to not have to wait forever to get out like shows right on the main drag. The address of the actual building was wrong on our tickets though, so double check that address. After 3 days of seeing shows this was by far the best. It's music and drama mix. They make the best of all the high technology theater advancements available. Obviously a biblical based story is what is being presented. The sets are amazing, and the inclusion of animals makes it really fun. One of the things that really irks me about other shows is they seem to mad rush to get the show over with. This was a nicely executed show. No rush, might as well be going to the movies. Also no dumb group photos in front of a green screen that the other places do. This particular review was after seeing Moses. If you are waffling I'd say do it. Just enjoy the production.

  • Worth the cost. Seeding was adequate. The performances were exceptional. Scenes and special effects were exceptional. Very family-oriented and enjoyable by adults too. If there's anything negative to say some musical portions too loud, almost painful. That was exception not the rule. Most of experience was at a good volume. Will go to other performance options for other shows. Thanks Sight & Sound.

  • If you haven't seen Miracle of Christmas it is must see while in Branson. If you have seen it before it is worth seeing it again. First class professional musical presentation. Well worth price of admission for two and one half hours of world class entertainment.
