  • Don't remove your wristband if there is even a remote chance you may go back. They will not allow you back in the 2nd day even though it is included in your (over-priced) purchase even if you still have the wristband & receipt. We just cut ours off not thinking it was a big deal as they didn't undo & were uncomfortable to keep on overnight. When we came back the very next day they would make no exceptions & wanted us to pay full price again to get back in. NO WAY! Already overpriced for what you get! We also planned to purchase a gift for someone & some souvenirs but after the poor customer service & experience they will not be getting any additional $ from us & i will be sharing this poor experience with others. Poor business decision on their part. Their excuse was that some people are dishonest & will give the wristbands to others. Too bad the honest people are the ones being punished. They just lost more business than they gained.

  • Had one hour to kill before our flight so we decided to stop by the butterfly palace, it was great! We were there at 10 am on a Monday and it was not too many people. I would recommend coming early so you have more space with the butterflies on your own. The mirror maze was pretty wild and fun to go through too! Staff was super friendly and made the experience great.

  • It costs about 9 extra dollars to get a 15 month membership versus a 3-day pass. It's money well spent to upgrade to the membership. It was an amazing experience. I didn't realize how fast the butterflies fly around. There were a lot of different kinds of butterflies. It is a great place for both kids and adults. The mirror maze was excellent. The best one I've ever been to. I'll be visiting again next time I am in Branson.

  • It was fantastic! The staff is friendly. It was so much fun having butterflies land on your hand. There was also a maze of mirrors and a reptile room. Lots of fun learning new things I didn't know. Great for kids!

  • Educational, relaxing, fun. They rent scooters for those who need them. Cannot touch the butterflies or pick them up. One is given a little tube with nectar and a flower for butterflies to land on. Sometimes they walk on the hand holding the tube. It's great!
