Galeria Nedbalka, Bratislava Reviews

  • A neat stylish gallery with some user friendly touches others could learn from. Presents a developmental viewing of modern Slovakian art. Mainly 2D, but 3D is also well worth a good look. Don't miss out on this during your visit to Bratislava.

  • A wonderful contemporary art space. For the 5 Euro entrance fee, they give you a table with information about all art pieces, and offer a free coffee in the cafeteria. The journey through modern and contemporary Slovak art that the gallery offers is really eye-opening.

  • Probably one of the top gallery in the city. Covers the wide aspect of painters across many different period of slovac history. On each floor is also book with all the arts and a lot of details, and if you still want more, there are curators who can answer your questions. You have automatically free beverage included in the ticket. The coffee or tee usually, but during summer i had great ice tea.

  • 3 floors of modern Slovakian art work housed in a modern, bright, spirally space. Your ticket price includes a cup of joe or, if you like it English, a cup of Rosie Lee at their splendid cafe. The floors take you through the modern era. Beginning on the top floor, more traditional works from the end of the 19th Century. The bottom floor has abstract 21st Century works. Information for each piece of art is provided on a tablet that you receive after purchasing your entrance ticket. The modernity of the whole gallery is juxtaposed against the ticket payments option available. It’s old fashioned cash only I’m afraid. A brilliant gallery, loads of information, well presented, great value for your cash, lovely staff.

  • Wonderful museum! Entrance ticket includes complementary coffee for adults. Beautiful works! Cozy museum. Just adds on to beautiful capital city of Slovakia 🇸🇰
