The room is overall clean enough to sleep in but that's the end of the positive comments. Barely any power outlets, multiple lamps not working, AC will not get lower than 70*, you can hear your neighbors, loud parking lot.. and the worst thing is their grab n go breakfast. I don't expect much. Cheap coffee in the room would be a step up from their grab n go. Employees are nice though!
Doesn't look like they clean the rooms. There was mold in the shower, handle on toilet broken, and refrigerator dooor was filthy. The drapes were torn and even though the room as supposed to be non smoking, there were burn marks on the blanket. You will need to plan on doing your laundry in the middle of the night. All but two of the washers were out of order and three out of the six dryers were also out of order. Very hard to get a working washer or dryer unless you camp out in the laundry room. The trash can in the laundry room was overflowing and trash had fallen all over the floor. For some unknown, and unsafe reason, the smoke detector had been removed from the room and not replaced. If I was desperate and had no other option, I would stay here, but only if I had no other choice.
Checked in room at 1 am, the suite had 2 rooms the room where the beds where in ac did not work, called office the guy said he worked in the laundry room and could not fix it did not offer another room said he would send maintenance. we had to sleep in the living room my husband had to sleep in the small pull out and me on the floor. the next day called the office no response. since we only had 1 day in Nashville we went out and when we came back no ac still. had to sleep wit the windows open. this place is to expensive to have this type of service I emailed corporate but no response. Don't waste your money here!!!
According to the reservations the rooms were supposed to be ready by 3pm for check in. My wife and I arrived at 4pm to check in. When we got to our room the A/C unit was out of the wall so there was a big open hole to the outside. We went and asked the desk clerk about it and was informed that we should go find something to do for at least an hour because the A/Cs were being serviced and wouldn't be back in for about that long. When asked about other rooms we were given a run around with him saying he didn't know what was left available or what rooms the house keepers had completed. When asked about talking to a manager we were told he was walking around somewhere and we would have to find him because he couldn't get ahold of him. When I finally found a manager all he would say was he's sorry and they would get our A/C back in as soon as they could. The A/C was finally back in around 5:20pm. When my wife went to take a shower she found that the shower would not properly drain. So she ended up showering in 3 inches of water. Contacted the front desk again nothing he could do. That night we found out that the A/C wouldn't work properly. No matter how low we set it it would not cool the room. Ended up having to sleep with the windows open which meant listening to street and highway traffic all night and car alarms early in the morning. The free breakfast was nothing more than granola bars, prepackaged muffins, instant oatmeal, coffee and tea. Not exactly a continental breakfast. When my wife and I went to check out all the desk clerk did was holler from behind a wall and ask if we were checking out. When I said yes he asked what room, still behind a wall. I told him and all I got was an "okay". No receipt, no have a good day, no thanks for staying with us. Nothing. Unless you absolutely have no other choice, never stay here. I known I will not be. I'd rather pay twice as much and stay somewhere else.
Nothing special here but it is reasonably clean and comfortable. It is also one of the less expensive options right in this area.
