Milton Reimers Ranch Park Reviews & Ratings

  • I've been coming here for years - back when it was called "Reimer's Fish Camp" - or something to that affect. I love what the parks department has done to expand parking, add restrooms and make available for more people. What's best? Folks like Tamara at the front gate to welcome visitors. If everyone was as nice as Tamara,... well.... wouldn't that be nice.

  • I've gotta come back here! Lots of hiking and bike trails, and river access for swimming! Oh, and you can climb here too! Best part is unlike a lot of other things in this area, you dont need a reservation! And they allow dogs!

  • Maps of the trails were not very helpful. Great place to bring family (kids and dogs) to swim and enjoy nice weather. Trails were good for light hiking and biking. Definitely going back!

  • This used to belong to my family. Now it’s run by Travis county parks. They have done a lot of work to the park. People climb and hike and bike. And bring horses Dogs are allowed on a leash. Must wear helmet to ride open from daylight till dark. Cash only ! No glass containers. And no public display of the consumption of alcohol The pedernales river is nice when we have had rain. I liked working there during the non busy season. And miss it very much It’s a great place To hike or relax and get back to nature especially during the not so busy season

  • Beautiful park. Best spot on Pedernales to beat the crowds. Quite the selection of climbing boulders, bike and hiking trails.
