  • Stayed for one night with 3 in a Room to celebrate a 40th birthday. Perfect central location. I would recommend the regent Square car parking but can't comment on hotels own parking. Check in was easy and quick. Hotel is clean and room was a good size and also very clean. We went out for the evening and got back about 4am, beds were very comfortable and rooms well sound insulated. Would use again.

  • Absolutely loved the Executive Room which was massive, clean and so quiet. These rooms have the most amazing views to the sea, seafront and the incredible BA 360 ride. All the staff were polite and welcoming. However Breakfast was disappointing as nothing was covered such as cereals, hot food and bread which was placed in front of inadequate toasters with so many people and children leaning over and touching. Surely food hygiene prevails? Also please can you STOP your man hoovering at breakfast time WHY??? Breakfast should be a calming experience. Why should your guests be listening to a loud hoover at breakfast time? We would stay again as the location is SPOT ON and close to everything you need. 😊

  • Rather confusing place !! Not great for disabled. We are both disabled. After dining in the restaurant/coffee bar when I asked for the toilets. I was told that they were upstairs !! Tried to use the lift and went to the second floor. No button for the first. Stayed in the lift and it went down to the basement !! One of the hotel workers operated the lift to 'M' for us and then had to unlock the door to let us out. We used the toilet and then found that as the door was locked we had to use the stairs to get back to the ground floor. What a bloody performance !! Would I recommend the restaurant, yes as long as you don't want the toilet !!

  • Not really your typical hotel. And old building, semi converted. It does show its age and room stock can be very hot n miss. Cleanliness as well. But it is in a great location, and if you get a sea view, it can be well worth it. Staff are generally very good. Car parts is a little cramped and tight.

  • The hotel is in a good location close to the centre of the city. Good seafront location close enough to walk to all attractions, but not rowdy because of that. The reception staff are pleasant, efficient and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped with a very efficient air-conditioning once you've worked out how to use it. I would definitely stay again the next time I'm in Brighton
