The hotel is in a good location close to the centre of the city. Good seafront location close enough to walk to all attractions, but not rowdy because of that. The reception staff are pleasant, efficient and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped with a very efficient air-conditioning once you've worked out how to use it. I would definitely stay again the next time I'm in Brighton
My husband and I were staying in the hotel from Friday evening till Sunday morning last week. We left our room on Saturday at 11.30 am approximately and came back at 9.30 pm. What we saw made me feel awful - THE DOOR OF OUR ROOM WAS WIDE OPEN! The door was backed with toilet brush. Evidently housekeeper forgot to close it from like 2 or 3 pm (?) thanks god nothing was stolen as we had all the important docs with us. JUST BE AWARE AND BETTER FIND OTHER SECURE HOTEL as there are a lot of them near the coast. Good luck!
Breakfast good had soya milk if you asked for it. No subtitles available on public TV for the hard of hearing though available on the TV in the room. Shower not connected to the wall properly so it sprayed water from the wall as well as shower head. Room clean and tidy. Staff really friendly. Not on print out for breakfast though included a technical issue from a recent change in their booking system but staff sorted it.
Beautiful view of the coast, excellent location to near by resturants, shops and bars. Breakfast on site had variety of options and was tasty. Rooms slightly dated but not a big deal. Would recommend this hotel
Great time in the hotel which in no small part is helped greatly by the friendly, helpful and welcoming staff of the Brighton Holiday Inn. Our request to change room was dealt with swiftly which the team on the duty facilitated with no fuss. Also offered to help with the luggage which was a nice touch. Good spot to see Brighton and Hove
