Encompassing 1398 acres of forested hills and rivers in the Hancock County, the Tomlinson Run State Park is located along the Ohio River Tributary near the panhandle tip. A number of natural ponds and a lake in the park complex offer excellent opportunity for boating and fishing. For your recreation, there are playgrounds, volleyball and basketball courts and a miniature golf course. The 182 feet slide in the swimming pool and the hiking trails are also interesting features of the park. There are three picnic areas with two shelters, access to the pool and golf court respectively. For your accommodation, the Tomlinson Run State Park offers 11 cabins in a group camp, four yurts, two Campers’ Cabins and 54 campsites.
