Big Red Strawberry Farm, Cameron Highlands Reviews

  • Strawberry farm area is restricted for paying customer who pays 25rm for 500g to pick the strawberries (bought strawberries at 10rm for 600g, 4boxes). Other plants and vegetables are quite nice though. The Cafe there sells a wide range of dessert. I wouldn't recommend Strawberry Cheesecake. Doesn't taste good. Go for other items if you're getting anything.

  • Besides various plants for sale, one key attractive is the cafe with various food made of strawberry. Price is reasonable, and there are about 200 parking lots. Advised to go there early to avoid heavy jam

  • Having been to the strawberry farm at Genting, which was a little disappointing, i did not have high hopes for the farms here. However, its much better than I thought. There's decent amount of ripe strawberries around. The products available is quite extensive. The cafe offers a decent spread of treats. The toilets are pretty clean too.

  • The first place I visited in Cameron Highlands. Nothing much to do but walk and see. There is pick your own strawberry activity, but if I were u, I'll try avoid it. U need to pay 25 for a box of self picked strawberries. U can get two box of strawberries, plus another two for free for the price of 20 at Kea morning farm (u need to walk further in a bit). Oh, this place also sells strawberry produce, which didn't entice me. Sure they may be fresh, but you can get it outside too..

  • This time (April May) is not a good time to visit because there is not much strawberry to pluck but beautiful place. Crowded with many visitors. Strawberry ice stick is nice to eat even tho it doesn't really have a taste. Cactus Valley is included in this farm. Very beautiful to take many many photos.
