  • A great place to chill out with friends and family after a tiring weekend. My cousins (5yo) go play in the local playground all the time. They regularly host interesting events. It is well kept and maintained. Good location right next to a transport hub.

  • We went to the Roma Street Parkland for The Enchanted Gardens. The lights were beautiful, however the crowds were extremely large, and it took a lot of the beauty away from the experience. I believe the event should run for a longer number of days and later at night, so there is more time for people to attend, and the grounds don't become so overwhelmed. The grounds were very well kept though, and the helpers were helpful. I will definitely be returning to see the parklands during the day at a less busy time of year.

  • Well maintained and interesting park - the walk is lovely and varied with theme and plant life with some great vistas for photos. There are several nice food outlets around the area as well as numerous playgrounds for the kids. The events here held by council are generally of high quality and well orchistrated. Parking will cost money, but for short stays it's very cheap.

  • The enchanted light were canceled due to slight rain. Couldn't find anything on the website about cancellations. Had to find out by turning up and reading a sign at the front gate. The toilets were also locked. I guess this was due to rain as well.

  • We came here to visit the Enchanted Garden before Christmas, incredible! So many people, very very busy, but a really nice display. Would visit again, just maybe a little earlier in the evening.
