  • We had the pleasure of staying her for 4 days last week in the Executive Suite. The suite was spacious & comfortable. The staff were friendly & helpful. Food was delicious, both at breakfast & dinner. We both really enjoyed our stay.

  • the staff were lovely and helpful and opened the room between 614 and 615. My brother in law has had a stroke and he found it easier to use the shower in 614 as 615 had a bath to climb into. We had a great view of the fireworks and really enjoyed ourselves. The breakfast chef who cooked our omlettes and poached eggs was so lovely, nothing was a problem and I liked the custard fruit thing and pastries...yes I made a pig of myself!!!

  • Check in was fast and efficient after using the online check in facility. Check out was also fast. There was plenty of variety at the breakfast buffet and the staff were very attentive. The hotel is in a good location with nice view of the Brisbane River and easy access to the City and river walks.

  • I am an silver ferns netball enthusiast, and late one afternoon, NZ were playing England in the quad series. We couldn't get the channel in our room, but it showed in reception. I was told I could watch it there, so quietly sat on a little stool in a corner out of the way. There was a New Zealand and an English girl working there, who got me a lovely comfortable chair to sit in, and a glass of wine to enjoy while I watched the netball. We lost grr, but England deserved their win. I was so pleased to be able to watch the game, and thought the service was exceptional.
