Mercure Brisbane, Brisbane City Reviews

  • Check in quick and easy and staff were friendly. Upgraded to a nicer room due to Accor Plus Platinum status. Room was very comfortable with nice view of Brisbane River and comfy bed and well-appointed bathroom. Room service was very good and high quality as was breakfast the next morning. Everything you could need if you're happy with a modern, well-run, clean and comfortable hotel.

  • Stayed here for a work function so wasn't given the best room. But the bed was comfy and the service was good. The food at the restaurant was pretty decent too.

  • Room was very small, lifts were tiny. The building itself looking a bit dated, but the rooms are being kept up to date. Beds were a little firm, woke with a sore hip. Internet speed seemed sufficient, however this was given as a complimentary service. At the price we paid however, we could have gotten a spacious 1 bed apartment elsewhere. It was only for the fact that our booking was last minute.

  • Attended the hotel for a 2 day conference. Surprisingly good conference food. Did not stay at the hotel. Would definitely recommend for conferences.

  • The room was great and the bed was comfy. The only things that annoyed us were the lifts and the angry parking guy. Otherwise we'll be back next time for a girls night out.
