We’ve all seen Jurassic Park and wished to see dinosaurs in real time, and possibly run and hide from them and emerge to tell a hell of a tale…! Well, you can’t see dinosaurs anymore, but you sure can stand in their shoes (or footprints, in this case). Set in red sandstone cliffs, 6 kms from Cable Beach lies a scenic view point with a special treat. If the tide is low, you can see for yourself the evidence that dinosaurs did in fact, walk the Earth once upon a time. The fossilized footprints are over 130 million years old and can only be seen during low tide. If incase, you can’t make it to the rocks out in time, the footprints have been replicated in castes on top of the cliffs for you to mull over it.

Gantheaume Point, Broome Reviews - Write a Review
The rock formations and views across to Cable Beach are stunning. We watched whales breaching and slapping the water nonstop for 10-15 minutes. Unclear where you can see the dinosaur footprints though ... only at low tide apparently?
It's worst to do the trip with Broome trike tours at gantheaume point and surrounding area. It's fun and informative trip.
Great views. Look for the footprints at low tide. Good sunsets
Great place to get awesome photos rock formation is spectacular, if your looking for the dinosaur prints wait for the lowest tide possible, get to the rocks walk down the right hand side then once at the bottom turn left and keep your eyes open
Pretty view but needs a sign showing where the dinosaur fossils can be found
