Sun Pictures, Broome Reviews
Great picture garden theater. Oldest in the world. Being open air and a few hundred metres from the airport it was an experience watching and hearing the planes coming in to land just over our heads. We saw Mama Mia here we go again which was a great film in the open air. Only downside was we got a lot of sand fly bites. But up in the tropics we should have taken some precautions.
Great fun. Highly recommended. Saw Mission impossible 6 and loved the extra ambience of a jet airliner landing right over the screen. Impressive!
It’s a truly unique Broome experience to watch a movie under the stars with bats and planes flying overhead. You’ll always see the odd gecko scurry across the screen. Sun Pictures is the World’s oldest picture garden. There’s an excellent display of memorabilia in the foyer. Highly recommended👍
Great experience. Chairs surprisingly comfortable. Good value
Oldest in the world. Lovely experience outdoors. Do it!
