The Nemacolin Castle, also known as the Bowman’s Castle is located in the quaint city at the western terminus of Nemacolin’s Trail by the river Monongahela. You will get to know about the Frontier period of America, the trading period in the 19th century and the Victorian era. Although falling off at certain places to the interiors, the palace bears a unique historical culture that you will find enchanting. Regular festivals and events are held within the stone fence of the castle. One of the most interesting parts is that they offer wonderful handmade cupcakes.
