Galeries Royales Saint-hubert - Review

This artistically done 19th century shopping gallery is probably what you are looking to quench your shop till you die thirst. The two stunning regular facades with glazing shop fronts standing under delicate cast-iron framework and the intentional bend makes the gallery appear long and distinctive. The in-house theatre- Theatre des Galeries Saint-Hubert and the number of cafes stick to the motto of the arcade: ‘everything for everybody’. The various luxury retailers flaunt international fashion brands and the well-lit cafes are an amazing way to spend your afternoons. Also, visit the popular attractions in the city by following Brussels itinerary 2 days.

Galeries Royales Saint-hubert, Brussels Reviews

  • An interesting location to visit. Three Galleries. These are basically covered shopping arcades. There is an arched glass-planed roof with cast iron frame work. Lots of photo-worthy spots if you can find a time with not so many tourists.

  • I don't have words to describe the beauty of this place. The architecture lovers will go crazy there. For the higher class people it's the best option for shopping. Going there is free of of cost that's the best part. Everyone can take a glance of its beauty.

  • A really pretty building. I learnt it was initially built for the noble people of Brussels to shop under covers so they wouldn't ruin their fine clothes. Most of the chocolate shops are here so can easily do a DIY chocolate tasting tour all under one roof.

  • Beautiful shopping place. You can have a coffee if you wanna escape the cold. Many places to buy chocolate or jewelry.

  • Beautiful and charming covered shopping street in the centre of Brussels. While the stores were not really geared to my taste(or wallet), I spent time admiring the architecture.
