  • Ethiopian Cuisine 101: It is a spicy one! So, if you are not getting on well with different aromatic spices (a bit different than Indian), this is not for you. But if you are open to new tastes, want to satisfy your gourmet senses and a spice lover, this restaurant is well-worth to try. Kokob will not dissappoint you. Reasonable prices (not very cheap but they are using fresh ingredients and serving quality dishes) and welcoming service. Reservation is strongly recommended.

  • One of the best restaurants in Brussels. Loved the way Ethiopian eat. Everyone should try it once. Very close to way how Indians eat, so I liked it a lot. Lot of vegetarian food options available. The food is also very light and healthy. The desserts 🍰 here are worth a try. Also I would suggest to enjoy the Ethiopian coffee and the variety of tea they have in the restaurant. If you come to Brussels... Don't miss a chance to visit here. The place is normally crowded, so recommendation is book in advance.

  • Really good restaurant! The concept of Ethiopian cuisine is great. You share a big platter of various food and eat with your fingers with help of small crepes. The service was excellent and the food was tasty! They even offer vegan alternatives. Thumbs up for Kokob for sure!

  • Nice restaurant, it has several menu options (for multiple persons) which is a good opportunity to discover Ethiopian dishes. Be prepared to eat with your hands, though! They also have an Ethiopian beer, which is not bad, but maybe not worth the 4.5 euros they ask for it. Also some special kinds of tea. For some reason they don't accept Maestro cards (Visa is okay).

  • the food is special and too spicy. I didn't like it at all but the quality it seems to be good. They are prepared at the order. The service is really good and quickly. It's good to taste once but if you consider the high Price (they are really excessive) then it's not a good idea. We order 2 menus of 20€ and 3 menus of 25€ and we get only one plate, the other guys were lucky that I didn't like it and they had the chance to eat more. Authentic food, special tastes but expensive
