  • Nice clean place. Some staff nicer than others. A couple of them were on their mobiles and didn't answer any questions or acknowledge us until they finished. Central location near the Old Town.

  • The first impression we had of this hotel was when we walked through the door. It has an old world, classy charm to it. All of the staff were very well dressed, adding to the ambiance of the experience. We had a front room on the Third Floor, overlooking the traffic circle below. The rooms are very small, but very well appointed and very clean. I expect a hotel like this (boutique) to have rooms this size so this was not a problem what-so-ever. The included breakfast in the morning was very good, tasty, well presented, and very clean. Overall I love this place and cannot wait to stay here again.

  • I didn't stay there. But the staff was so kind to let me use the bathroom. They literally saved my life. So I recommend this hotel

  • A truly horrendous hotel. Starting with the receptionist who was smug bordering on the completely indifferent, we were given a room with an adjoining door. We could hear everything they said in just normal conversation next door and smelt and tasted the cigarettes they smoked. How this is classified as a 4 star hotel beggars belief. If you have had a long day travelling and want to grab some food, think again as they have no restaurant!! Awful place.

  • Good location, friendly staff, fair prices. Room service could be enhanced, though, but I was very pleased.
