  • This place can get very very busy. I was able to get a table, but service isn't the fastest and felt rushed. Ordered the veal bone marrow and lamb skewers. The bone marrow dish was quite big. They only served it with 4 tiny pieces of bread and half of a tomato, so you'll be left eating just bone marrow quite quickly which is a bit nasty. The lamb skewers were pretty good. The meat was tender, but the 2 bell pepper halves and the tomato felt kind of random, because the dish didn't come with anything else like potatoes, rice, or whatever as the dish itself was already quite pricey. Nevertheless, I would come back here just to try the other dishes, but I wouldn't give my first visit a 5 out of 5

  • Huge restaurant with lots of outdoor seating. We made a reservation and they promptly took us to our table on Saturday night. The guests were a mix of locals as well as visitors. The staff spoke English and was patient with us as we browsed the menu. He explained the different beers that they had. Even when they brought me the wrong food, he immediately replaced it, corrected it on the bill, and everything after went on smoothly. The food was traditional Romanian and the prices were okay for Old Town. Live music was an added bonus, we enjoyed the evening.

  • An old Bucharest inn with beautiful architecture and a nice, large terrace in the inner yard. Everything is good - not great, but quite good: the service, the drinks selection and the food. The atmosphere is great, though, so you're guaranteed to have a good time there - thus the 5 stars review. A must-visit if you're ever in Bucharest, especially during the warm seasons when you can sit outside!

  • Had traditional mici sausages and honey lemonade tonight. It was absolutely fantastic. The local traditional taste of the food and recommendation from the waiter really hit a spot with me. Will come here again when I'm back in Romania. A must visit because it only good food but they have live music in evenings and an open space to sit to mingle with people. Really a gem in the middle of the city!

  • A beautiful place to eat and enjoy the culture. The staff is very friendly and the food is bountiful. The evening we were there, dancers entertained the crowd. A reservation is highly recommended as this is a popular establishment. When booking, ask for a seat near the stage if you want a better view of the dancing.
