Gresham Palace - Review
Situated very close to Liberty Bridge, this amazing building is definitely worth a look. Built in the art Nouveau style this remarkable looking building has now been converted into a hotel that is managed by the Four Seasons chain of Hotels.
The Building is nothing short of majestic from inside out. The outside is a mixture of beige and dark gray while the insides manage to retain the old charm even though decorated in an ultra-modern way. the stained glass work all over the place is nothing short of breath-taking. The Gresham Palace is certainly worth a visit from the inside if you can afford it. It is possible to have dinner at one its restaurants by reservation. If not, it is certainly a thing of beauty that you can see on your walk to Freedom Bridge.
Gresham Palace is a case of Art Nouveau structural planning in the way of the Vienna Secessionists.
The Gresham Palace has a smooth front and a bended roofline, cove windows and pilasters along the front of the building. The royal residence likewise characteristics ironwork, incorporating two peacock models at the entryway of the patio.

Gresham Palace, Budapest Reviews
Fantastic hotel. One of the nicest I've ever stayed in. Service is excellent, truly five star. The rooms are spacious, and beds are very comfortable. The room air conditioning is amazing even on very hot days. The bar downstairs is nice, with a great gin selection, even if the piano is a little loud and drowns out conversation a bit. The pool and spa on the top floor is a nice place to relax as well.
I have mentioned in most of my reviews that the 5 star system cannot only be about amenities but should include the service quality an establishment offers. For me this hotel is 5-star for both amenities and services. These are the reasons why: 1. Hotel staff very responsive regarding sending things to our room, making spa and travel arrangements, helping with miscellaneous requests like removing screws from my son's toys 2. Room and hotel in general very well maintained, very clean and beautiful 3. All food we tasted - every day breakfast and dinner was delicious and well done; cocktail and tea space wonderful and drinks were very good quality 4. Spa service was excellent; staff very friendly and attentive, flexible when presented with delays from our part 5. Private driver's service was excellent, timely and pleasant Warmly recommend this place and would happy return to it myself.
This is an impressive hotel in an old castle sitting right at the center of Budapest. The rooms are huge and the views are really stunning. Ideal for work travelling you can go visit the city and move between Buda & Pest . The sauna & pool are a nice plus but not the best I have seen. Their breakfast buffet is amazing especially their croissant! You won't get disappointed with this hotel!
Beautiful hotel in one of the best locations. Intimate bar setting with really delicious cocktail menu. Service levels were high and attentive. Highly recommend for a classy date.
One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The location is great and decor is really unique. Actually the decor is incredible. The pool is up in the attic, and it is a nice space and surprisingly large pool to fit up there. The rooms are nice but not particularly extraordinary. The restaurant is okay but a bit overpriced, and food at the bar is also really expensive (but not drinks.) Despite those minor caveats the hotel is really cool and I would definitely stay here again.
