The Petofi Bridge or the Petofi Hid is one of the many bridges that runs over Danube and connect Buda to Pest. It is one of the southernmost bridges and its creation has of been great help to the public. It connects the southernmost end of Grand Boulevard to the Goldmann Gyorgy Ter which is connected to the campuses of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. Spread across 514 meters, this bridge was built in between the year 1933-1937 and was made as per the plan of Hubert Pal Agyay.
