This is a lovely little park on the shores of Nile River. Boat riding in the River is an enjoyable experience. Gardens are peaceful. Huge, old trees and well-mowed lawns are perfect for a family outing. Taking a walk along the River is a pure bliss. You can sit on the shores and enjoy the stunning landscapes. It is hard to believe that such a lovely green area can exist nearer to the city. The park is usually not crowded. But, if you are going on weekends, try to get there early.
