I’d heard quite a lot, and seen many photos.. But nothing prepared me for the beauties that awaited us inside the gates! Paronella Park made the perfect setting for me to give my sisters a surprise birthday picnic! We sat by the castle on the grass, surrounded by beauty and history! It was beautiful,.. Mark was a friendly, welcoming us to the park! Dylan was an absolutely legendary guide, and he fully inspired us to follow our dreams! (Give that guy a pay rise!). Les was an fantastic help too! He’s photography was amazing, and at such an affordable price! I can’t believe you guys offer a 2 year pass for no extra cost!! So generous! On behalf of my two sisters and myself, we thank you all greatly for the everlasting memories we made last Monday! We can not wait to visit again!! Xxx
We had a fantastic guided tour. The price is well worth it for the tour that shows you the gardens, tells you the history of the grounds but more importantly the story of Jose Patronella and his dream. It would have been a magical place in its prime. We loved it and the ticket is valid for 2 years for a return with the stay in the caravan park included so we are definitely coming back. Thanks guys.
We had a great experience here. The park was awesome, as well as the guided tours. The staff bent over backwards for the guests and made it fun and informative. It was great being able to stay in the Caravan Park for free (included in ticket). We were free to roam the park as much as we liked, so we got our moneys worth. Highly recommend.
Very well worth the stop here. Make sure you go on the free guided tour. Don't just walk around yourself. The tour guides are so informative the history they paint of this gorgeous place you will lose yourself in history. Such an incredible story behind this beautiful dream of one person. You will fall in love
The staff are excellent full of enthusiasm and knowledge of the history. This place is a real step back in time and a beautiful place to visit. Both the day and night tours are great with Mandy our guide who was the best. We also stayed 2 nights in the van park to have extra time to look around and visit the pub across the suspension bridge for a meal.
I am interested if the refurbishment of the BALL ROOM. On my last visit 18/24 months ago, it was on the list of to do's. My interest streaches back to 1964/5 when I and some ARMY mates visited for my first time. REGARDS, ZACAnswer Report Abuse
Paronella Park is a popular wedding venue. Once a preferred venue for weddings, the Park's extravagant ballroom was destroyed in the fire in 1979, but today has reopened and is back at creating wonderful memories.
