  • After visiting the Hindu Temple near by, we came to the Ranch to check out the place. We only stayed at the Visitor Center, and definitely worth a visit if you have time. It’s really like a small museum/educational center with so many information about the area (Santa Monica Moutains) Kids would absolutely love it ! The Ranch seems pretty big. Great place for picnicking and hiking, or bird watching

  • Beautiful place to take in the scenery of the Santa Monica mountains. I recommend parking in the free lower lot and taking a quick hike up to Inspiration Point. If you have the energy definitely continue along the Ridgeline Trail for some fantastic sights. The Visitor’s Center has nice displays and maps as well as a fun gift shop. The grounds of the mansion are very picturesque. If you come during a weekday you’ll pretty much have the place to yourself apart from the very occasional group of kids on a field trip.

  • This review is for Night of the Jack's. Fun time for the whole family. It was packed but the organizers did a good job with parking and so forth. Only downside was that the trail itself was not as long as we'd hope but overall fun time.

  • My first time visiting this area and venue, I was a part of a production team handling a music festival taking advantage of the large main lawn to bring multiple activations, vendors, and performers together to create a truly magical day and night. The main draw was the lawn, but the civilians not attending our event and going on hikes throughout the property have me curious and wanting to go back to check out their beauty; if at ground level I was taken by the sights, oh what I would give to have an even higher perspective!

  • Took us a while to find this place. We were expecting more vivid NP signs, but just look for King Gillette ranch signs. Helpful staff on the phone, though, with guidance into the park. Beautiful area, plenty to see and do!
