Must-see attraction. I recently went down to Canberra and heard that Cockington Green was a great place to visit with family and friends. The garden was well looked after with bright green grass and beautiful flowers. The miniature replicas of iconic buildings from around the world was great to look at. I learnt of new places and got to see an iconic landmark from my parents home country. They had informative information panels for people to read about of the locations they replicated and their significance in their originating country. Pricing is reasonable and the gift shop is great. Highly recommend the train ride.
A must visit for all ages. Great experience with super friendly staff. We went as a family and enjoyed it very much. The detail that goes into these miniature displays are amazing. We will definitely go again the next time we are in Canberra. Thank you for a lovely experience.
Last time I went to this place was when I was a kid and I must say, they have maintained it greatly. The small miniature houses and international landmarks were as marvelous as I had remembered, crafted with great detail. They also have a mini train that takes you around the Garden for an extra 3 dollars. Entrance fee was a little on the high side, I would highly recommend introducing a reduced fee for students. All in all a great place to visit with friends and family or by yourself.
Very cute and educational. Almost like having a small world tour. They are bringing more soon. The ticket price felt little high but again when you see the work you will feel the price is okay.
One of the “must to do” if you are visiting Canberra. Kids will enjoy a lot with the train going around the garden and all the huge constructions getting down to their sizes. Even the grown ups will have a pleasant day out. Worth spending half a day in this place.
