  • Great and amazing place. A lot of activities, very good service and great food. One thing that important to know! if you are fan of water ski than the water ski in Cancun is taking place in the lagoon while you can see from time to time alligators in the lagoon. The Club Med team are aware of that and they claim it is safe to do the water ski in the lagoon. Apart from the above issue all activities are amazing: Trapeze, Saling, amazing parties etc.

  • First, the cons: Most of the buildings need to be freshened up and the rooms are a bit outdated. Wifi works extremely slow. Having said that, the truth is that you're not supposed to spend much time in your room, anyway. We were a party of 31 people between the ages of 1 and 70 and all of us had an amazing time. Many activities to choose from, and as always great job from the GO's and the service team in general. The genuinely healthy family atmosphere is what sets this place apart from other of the (oh-so-many!) options in Cancún. Families who intend their children to attend the Mini/Kids Club, however, should be aware that most of the kids there will be speaking french/english -maybe some a bit of spanish- but that could be an issue for integration. Food was fresh and excellent at breakfast and the buffet. I hardly got a chance to try out the à-la-carte restaurants as we were such a big group, but you could stay at the main restaurant for an entire week and never be bored by the options. The pool is good (not great, as they could have a shallower area for smaller children and more showers to rinse off before entering) but the beach area is great in regards of sand and swimming quality. Not all resorts have good access to such clear water! Also, it is really close to the main buildings which made switching from beach to pool very easy. Another plus: it is very close to the airport, but not close enough to be disturbed. A big THANK YOU to the team... Robert from GOs, Claire from group management, Paul from the sailing sports area, and all other staff from the restaurants. It was an unforgettable vacation!

  • Incredible vacation spot. Best location/property in Cancun - multiple beaches letting you move around depending on wind/weather. Incredible snorkeling - eagle rays right off the beach. Super friendly and talented staff. Tons of activities to keep you and the kids busy. Very diverse and interesting clientele - nice European vibe. Five minute drive from airport. Excellent food variety and the quality was better than expected. No bargains to be had during holiday weeks.
