This is always the busiest restaurant in the mall. It is well run. They have a separate window to get ice cream unlike any other McDonald I have seen. Great idea.
Don't try the sandwich with guacamole ! It's a trap. The rest was good but drink fountain was goings nuts and did not work properly
The service it's ok, the place it's to small but the employees try their best to make it work, also there is not restroom at the location.
Good Food, small modern place with AC. However, we went two days in a row and experience poor service. I was surprised to see that the employees where like in the US McDonalds, not friendly and didn't take pride in their work. Seemed like everyone else in Mexico did but them. The restrooms where dirty. But the worst part was ordering up front. They didn't seem coherent or to know menu. Example: Salad no dressing. Hot Cakes no syrup/maple. I asked for "MUNCH HIELO" (lots of ice), didn't get it. Eventually, I got everything after going back asking and getting dirty looks. Oh yeah no Jelly or Jam here for English muffins (all they have, NO BISCUITS). I also saw a couple get short changed a nice amount. They were African/american females from the US but they caught it. I asked to make sure and they confirmed they were short changed and got it back. Also they don't speak English, not even the menu or words just to get by at work.
