The park offers wonderful scuba diving, snorkeling and boating opportunities within the Riviera Maya. The lagoon of the park is home to several species of brightly coloured tropical fish as well as dolphins. There are several treks that can be undertaken as well as interactions with the creatures of the sea that can be sought. There is also a spa in case you are in the mood to relax. You can try your hand at the Mexican tradition of Temaxcal while here. If you are looking for a place where you can spend the whole day with family, this is the one for you. Last week we went there with some friends, as we wanted to spend a relaxing day with some swimming. We paid for a full inclusive with dolphins. Except for the dolphins and the suns cream, everything was amazing. They make your money worth, you have a full day meal covered, buffet with all you can eat. The food is great, you have a lot of options from salads, fuller foods, drinks and dessert. The place is beautiful and the staff is very nice, you have something to do all day. The negative thing is the sun cream, they only give you one pack for 2 people and it's tiny. My partner and a friend, they have sensitive skin. Specially my partner, he has to really take care of not exposing himself too much to the sun. They should have more. The Dolphins, they seem very sad and at some point the one swimming with us seemed very upset and the trainer pretty much tapped him and made him keep going, opening his mouth so we can touch. Very invasive for the poor animals.
Great park to spend a day in. Its natural (as in saltwater) and has plenty of different ways of entering into water - diving, zip lining, tube floating and snorkeling. Fairly big park with lots to do so plan on spending a full day for best experience. Not much lines in general. Most stuff paid for in ticket - snorkel gear, life vests, food etc. Need to pay extra for special activities (bit steep pricing). Overall great experience.
We come every year..this park is fantastic.. the price is awesome with free buffet all day long. The staff is always great.. what can I say..Mexico is the best..the culture the people the food.. theirs no other place como Mi Mexico..
Had a great time with the family. They day went by too quickly, so get there early. Food and drinks were good. There's something for everyone in the family. I love that they have been able to incorporate a park yet maintain the natural balance with nature. They also emphasize respect for nature which is important. They only negative I give it is the fact thay they have dolphins in captivity. For me, this practice is cruel and I hope to see this practice phased out eventually as it shows the ultimate respect, specially for a highly intelligent species. That aside the place is trully a gem and I don't mind supporting it both financially through admission and via this review.
Beautiful park. Lots of things to do. The crowds were not bad at all. The staff was great as well. There is a LOT of walking. It's a little expensive but since your food, drinks, and transportation are included it's worth it. We will definitely be back.
