  • Online booking was near impossible. Had to call in so that tickets could become available - which defeats the purpose of online booking. We arrived at the boat 30mins in advance as required and waited at the boarding entrance for over 30mins without any help or information from the staff, before finally walking over to the office to only then find out that the boat was not going out due to weather conditions - of which we should have been informed about in advance (as we do not live in Cape Town) - no one ever did. A terrible experience and a waste of time, especially on the day of a bachelor's.
