Standing vigorously against the crashing waves of the Pacific Ocean, the Pirate Tower on the edge of the rocky Victoria Beach looks much like an out-of-a-storybook picture. The tower is said to be the property of some rich eccentric who had a frenzy of hiding his coins and treasures in the stones. The sixty feet Pirate Tower has a lonely spire sitting on the clifftop estate and also the private staircase to give access to the beach. During high tide, the tower would get partly submerged in the sea water and the staircase become inaccessible; however, you still can enjoy the exterior vista. The tower is locked but thrill seekers can make their way through the base and who knows, they can find some crammed treasure buried inside.

Pirate Tower Reviews & Ratings
Awesome beach! Almost no one there. It's probably because of the hike through the hilly residential blocks and then the 5 flights of stairs down to the beach. I would still go again though! Great place!
Very neat place! Parking was tricky as it's in a very compact neighborhood. The walk down to the beach is very steep, so tread carefully. Totally worth it though!
Nice beach and great tidepools but parking's pretty tough. There's a lot of stairs too so be prepared to walk a bit. The pirate tower is cool looking but all it is is an enclosed spiral staircase for the home atop the cliff.
Cool spot.gets pretty crowded but it's beautiful. Locals are nice. Most are there only in the summer.it's a walk to get to and more of one getting out but worthit.
Absolutely loved this beach! The water is crystal clear & there are amazing shells that I’ve never seen in any other beach. I would definitely go again , it is by far the cleanest beach I’ve ever been to
