The Cascata Delle Vallocchie or the Vallocchie Waterfalls nestled behind the Castel di Tora village on Turano Lake is located off the beaten track and has been able to maintain its pristine nature. The path to the Cascata Delle Vallocchie is a mixture of wooden footbridge, muddy trail and rocky paths which can be very dangerous and slippery with the riding elevation near the summit. The waterfalls being positioned in the gorge makes it easily accessible due to its modest streams. The place is abandoned from urban touch in spite of its beauty and hence you will see no signage.
