  • My wife and I had our wedding here this past November and it was beyond perfect. The view & venue are absolutely breathtaking! That is why we were so interested in it in the first place...then we met Sheena, the wedding coordinator, and that's what really solidified the choice. She went above and beyond putting both my wife and I's stress at ease. The cocktail hour and dinner was absolutely delicious. Top notch meal that I wish we could enjoy everyday. Our guests and ourselves couldn't stop talking about it...and we still don't! The wedding was perfect from the very start to finish! We will be back for our anniversary! Thank you to every at the Hyatt Highlands for such a magical day.

  • We’ve been coming here since 2006. They are always so welcoming and helpful. We locked ourselves out of our room at night-actually the lock malfunctioned- and Amanda the night manager was up in a flash with engineering to get the job done right! Made us feel appreciated! You’ll love this place, so highly recommend.

  • This place is located very close Carmel downtown. Restaurant is great with a stunning view. Food and drinks are amazing. Hotel staff is outstanding, ready to help anytime. I am taking a star off because it didn't live up to the price of the room. I paid over $600 a night and was expecting more out of room. It was a tiny room with a holiday inn kind of restroom and amenities. I guess you pay for the location.

  • Overall a great resort experience. The grounds are beautiful with the ocean views and restaurant and lounge overlooking the water. The Oceanview townhouse was nice for the view and the deep jetted tub, but the rest of the space was a little compact for the price. Furnishings were a little dated and had some scuff marks, but the rooms were cozy with the fire place and comfortable couch and furniture.

  • What you would expect from a Hyatt. My room had a nice view of the ocean. The fireplace with real wood was a really nice touch. Dinner there was pretty good too. The view from the restaurant is pretty nice.
