Holman Ranch - Review
A celebrated wedding destination in Carmel Valley, the Holman Ranch has so much goodness to offer. As if the landscapes weren’t incredible enough, you have some delicious wine made in the vineyards here itself. Sprawling across a whopping 400 acres, this property features a gorgeous “fully restored historic stone hacienda”. Make your experience a cherishing one by choosing to stay overnight at the cosy accommodations here. There are guided tours available too, however, these are surcharged. The olive grove and the horse stables are some more highlights of this adorable place.

Holman Ranch, Carmel Valley Reviews
Wonderful place! Gorgeous. And great wine! If you have the chance to attend an event here, don't miss it. Friendly staff too!
They put my number as the extension on weekends and after hours. I do not and have never worked here. I immediately informed them of this problem and have been calling them for months to change it, which is difficult as I am active duty and have few opportunities during normal business hours to make personal calls. If I call in my off time, I call myself. I have tried this to make sure it's this business. It is. So if I ignore your call just know they've had plenty of time to fix this and multiple times I have told them. So they really just don't care.
Phenomenal. Exquisite location and grounds. The wines are outstanding. Our group singled out the 2014 Jarman Pinot Noir and Susan's Saignee, a delightful Pinot Noir Rose blend, and their favorites. This winery is run and cared for with absolute dedication and love for the craft of winemaking [and olive oil] and providing a second-to-none experience. We can't wait to go back.
One of the best wineries to be a member of - and now even more so. The wine is awesome, they have a nice selection of live music on some of the weekends, and just recently they revamped their kitchen menu and have some AMAZING food on it... The $15 "Steak Frites" (8oz sirloin with truffle fries) is incredible, and one of the best food deals around. Friendly staff (Maria and Chris are awesome!).. Keeps getting better.
I was just there last week for my niece's wedding. No doubt, it's absolutely a gorgeous venue. The staff were friendly. Only problem we encountered was the drivers of the golf cart, especially a certain girl. Very impolite when I asked a question. Literally snapped at me. I'm a family member, and she treated me with disrespect. That's the only problem I have. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place.
