The creepy atmosphere of Bates Motel always wins in terrorizing visitors. No matter how brave you and your tour companions are, you will get a spine-chilling experience visiting this eminent haunted house. The place looks overtly realistic being fabricated with a gloomy ambiance and flawless performances of the professional actors. The place is based in an old farm area and some of the zones of it are muddy and uneven, hence you are suggested to wear proper attire and shoes here. Inside the Bates Motel, you are not allowed to carry alcohol.

Bates Motel Reviews & Ratings

  • The hay ride was long and a lot to see. For a haunted hayride it was top notch. The actors were great we had a couple good scares. The quality of the corn maze, Bates motel and the hay ride were great and the actors did a great job. We had a great time and would easily do it again. For both my boyfriend and I it cost $80 but it was worth it.

  • This series of attractions are both unique and well implemented. The haunted hay ride is a long winding path through old growth woods with a narrated tour and all sorts of spooks assaulting the wagon as you go from one theme to the next. The Bates Motel is a beautifully crafted series of sets with actors hiding around every corner and slew of special effects and monsters just waiting for you at every turn. Finally, the Scarecrows Revenge is a winding path with many different scenes and creatures lurking in the dark rows of corn that surrounds you. It was an excellent time and I highly recommend the combo ticket to see all three major attractions.

  • Great time! Probably best hayride I have been on. One tip if you want the military discount you have to buy the tickets there. They will not honor the discount if you buy the tickets online.

  • Three attractions, each different and fun. Very elaborate displays. The lines moved fast on a Tuesday. Well organized. Had a Groupon, so we only paid $30. Worth it!

  • Bates Motel is my favorite Halloween attraction! The best Haunted Hayride ever! Bates Motel goes above and beyond to provide the best scares. I usually never get scared, but at Bates, I manage to be frightened, especially on the Haunted Trail! I don't go in October because I don't like crowds, I always go opening weekend. If you go on the weekend in October make sure to buy VIP. You won't regret it! Thanks Bates for another great year!
