Home to the East Carolina University baseball team, the Clark-leclair Stadium derived its name from the Pirates baseball alumnus Bill Clark and Keith LeClair. Opened in 2005, the Clark-leclair Stadium has a Bermuda Turf surface and has the capacity of five thousand people. There are three thousand bleacher seats and “The Jungle” where two thousand or so can enjoy the match while cheering for the team. The necessary amenities of the stadium include restrooms, concession, hospitality and fundraising suite and a family picnic area along with the technical facilities like state of the art broadcasting, VIP Booths, coach and players’ offices and indoor and outdoor batting cages
