If you are a Manchester United Fan and wish to see their training lifestyle, then pay a visit to the Aon Training Complex. It acts as the training ground and headquarters of the team and also offers lessons for a number of sports to people of all ages. The main building is equipped with the ground floor having a gymnasium, training hall, running track, sauna, jacuzzi, yoga rooms, swimming pool, spa pool, remedial and hydrotherapy pools, sunbeds and so on. The 1st floor has administrative offices, restaurant, game rooms, conference, and classrooms. The Aon Training Complex also has the two-leveled Academy Facility and the Medical & Sports Science Department. The Outdoor facility has game pitches and nature reserves.

As far as I know, the Aon Training Complex is not open to the public. The whole premises are heavily guarded and even media is not allowed around during the practice sessions. But some people stand outside the complex to see the players. Sometimes, the players stop to say "Hi", but don't keep your expectations high.
