At the southern end of Old Town, next to the Naval Museum of the Caribbean, this pleasant and well-maintained park has an impressive collection of Colombian naval monuments. Additionally, there are also sculptures depicting Korean War Veterans, a door, and a tortoise. The main monument here is dedicated to the Colombian Armada. It is a gorgeous place for a stroll, with pleasant views of the water on both sides. Directly to the south of the park you’ll see the striking Monumento Santander. It’s a beautiful place at sunset. In fact, considering all these attractions, it’s surprising this park isn’t promoted more heavily as a tourist attraction.
How to Reach Marina Park
- Drive to here from outside of Old Town.
- Walk or cycle to here from inside Old Town.

Marina Park Reviews & Ratings
Absolutely beautiful place. It is historic as well as it serves as a place where one can unwind and relax. The park is spacious, one has the option to sit by the water or spread a towel and sit under one of the many trees dotting the big open space. Some parts of the park for example the open area with the trees, may be unsafe on certain days for example on Sundays, when there are not as many people as there are during the week.
This place is perfect for spend time with your friends 😊
Good place to have a picnic. Be careful at night, it could get lonely.
